Here is a link to Toro's manual site
Enter the 73400 model number and serial 4900302

The Toro Master Parts Viewer is here

Here is a Toro dealer that has less confusing parts lists than the MPV
Partstree.com - Genuine replacement parts for Toro, Echo, Husqvarna, Cub Cadet, Troy Bilt, Lawn Boy (Lawnboy), lawn equipment (lawn mowers, saws, blowers, trimmers, snow blowers) and Tecumseh, Kohler and Briggs and Stratton Engines.
Type Toro in the 2nd box and a long model number in the 3rd box. The parts that are still available from Toro are priced.

You can also enter Kohler in the 2nd box and just the spec number in the 3rd box. If it is followed by a letter leave it off and if it shows up in the results select it there.

Garry - 3 hours north of Doug in Markham

Two other very helpful Toro links are:
1) https://homeownersol...ct_center/30034
When you know the model number of the tractor you seek: This link takes you to a model search page which will give you access to all of the model numbers information including manual form numbers and any manuals which are still available. Enter the model number, click SEARCH, and all the info on that machine is displayed via the tabs.

2) https://lookup3.toro...es&xCaller=Toro
When you DO NOT know the model number of the tractor you seek (but you have some or partial information): This link takes you to a search page which will allow you to search on a multitude of information, including partial information. The PRODUCT NAME search is probably the most useful, as you could search "C-1" and it would display the model numbers and years of manufacture for every machine in the C-1xx series.

I thought I'd post a link to Glen Pettit's wheel horse restoration parts. He reproduces all kinds of hard to find parts for these old horses.

I've bought from him several times, and his parts are first class. Here is a pic of my most recent purchase.
