Well from what I learned this morning, I came up with this. I will have to use an almost dead 12V battery until I can get a battery charger that doesn't know whether or not it is on a battery :spanka: Enjoy the pic! Attached File  electrtolysis set up.htm   188.22KB   110 downloads

Sorry about the pic, for some reason you have to download it. Could some one download it and fix it, it would be a huge help!

For some reason, it won't let me download it. Looks like a yahoo email page.

If you could send me the pic in a PM, I will edit it in.

I will admit it is a decently cheap set up, my total for everything was $0.00 :dancingbanana:

Well that looks like a picture! :)

With my smart charger I used to have, I could put it on the battery and then connect to the e-tank and it worked.

Yes, there is a layer of rust/ppaint as thick as my pinky finger on top. What a result!

I found if you can find some flat steel pieces (4-6" wide) it will work faster and easier to clean up! Glad you are having success!

I suspect that the battery will go dead before the job is done. Can you borrow a neighbors charger? Just don't tell him what your using it for :laughingteeth:

BE CAREFUL
Its important to use this process outdoors or where the tank is WELL ventilated.

A chemical reaction is taking place that "Disassociates" the H2O, which means separation of Hydrogen and Oxygen , which in turm means Hydrogen gas is produced at one of the connections (can't remember which), oxygen at the other.

Yes take it outdoors. NO need to blow the house up.
