Welcome! Some of the WH folks are probably sleeping in this morning. One should pick up on this soon.

I believe that tractor should have a Kohler engine in it.
Check for a silver label somewhere on the engine.
It should have a model number and a series number.
Then go to a kholer manual to fine the proper carb number for it.

And welcome to the forum!

Joe

Thank you, it does have a Kohler cast iron 16 HP.I had it running and now it will only start with starting fluid. It had a very dirty fuel tank which I cleaned out, but maybe not well enough.

Make sure you have a good, clean fuel filter before the fuel pump.
I put a can of SEAFOAM in my 5 gallon fuel can before I fill it with gasoline. This helps keep the lousy fuel (ethonal) fromm causing more problems.
