It's a little steep, but looks capable.

Looks like it could be a Case but I am not sure.

I like the plastic ballast barrel on the back. Can't tell if it's on a 3pt or just strapped on the tractor. With the barrel, filled tires and wheel weights it's certainly going to be a heavy beast. I can't identify the tractor either.

Looking at the grill, I would say that it's a Cub. The hood scoop threw me off at first, but I think the rear tires are just high profile ag tires on 12" wheels. That seems like a lot of money though.

It is definitely a case hood. I think it was a hood from '81 and '82? Maybe it was '82 and '83? Anyway, it is one of the ones with the hood scoop. If you look at the side it looks like it has a belt guard. I think it is a speedex with a case hood.

Cases have the engine crank running front to back with the tractor... not side to side.

The ad says that it's got a 3pt so I assume that is how the ballast is attached. I bet that thing is fun to steer with an empty FEL!

In the picture I think the price sign is holding the front wheels on the ground!

He has a ballast tank on there big enough for 4 tractors that size.. I'd get that barrel off of there before I put it out by the hi-way.
I haven't a clue as to the make of the tractor.

Steve the motor sits in there wrong to be a cub. That is some kind of belt drive machine. The flywheel and cover face the operator on cubs.

hhhmmm...that's only about a 1 hr drive from me.

That's not all that bad a price for a GT with a FEL.

I'm betting that the barrell isn't full, or if it is, it's not full of real heavy stuff.

The engine crankshaft is crossways to the frame, like a Sears or Massey-Ferguson. I don't think any of the Case tractors had engines mounted like that... I suspect it's a Sears Suburban or one of their many variations.
