I'm not an expert, but when I punched that part number into Google, it came up with a site that crossed that number to a 263-3519 which is a Technamotor branded coil for Tecumseh engines. At first glance that was what I thought it was for, but I Googled it just to be sure. It looks just like the coil from my HH60 Techy engine.

Looks like a Tecumseh or later model (mid 60s?) Kohler coil.

The infamously difficult to find coil is long and narrow.
Search for Kohler K161 28118E coil.

(Sorry for the poor quality - but it IS a picture ;) )

That company is now known as Carlin Combustion, R.E Phelon was a guy that owned the company at one time, years ago.

Sure thing

I had to make the red wire longer to reach my condensor but other than that they are a good replacement. My rebuilt engine fires up on the first pull every time.

I'm not sure what you mean. You have to call them and tell them you want a bendix coil. They don't have a website.

They will know exactly what you are wanting. If you want you can describe it to Mark and he will reasure you of the correct one. But yes, Just tell them you want a Bendix coil and they will take care of you.
