I like my JD 140 but after driving a customer's JD 445 a couple of weeks ago the power steering is definitely something I would like to see on my next GT.

I would say for working hard and having fun i would have to say my re-powered h14 with power-steering wow does it steer and drive nice and it turns sharper than it did before also its more comfy now with the new seat seen in the back round of the picture and i just got a cab so the winter should be fun not (froze stiffer than a board fun) but i do like my friends JD 320 .. newer style ... but i was the first person to drive it after it burnt ...

Since I only have one, then the choice is obvious.
Though I have had other tractors before and if smoothness in grass cutting is a measure, this panzer's been the best in that department. The ohv engine with the harley exhaust just purrs and the mower drivetrain got all new bearings and balanced. Sometimes have got to check that the mower is actually running. As for riding comfort... it's the best you could expect for no backrest. Heck, I'd put one on there if I didn't think it would look dorky.

Mine would be the Bolens GT2000. The tractors large frame seems to fit my large frame. :D
I have a bad back so any garden tractor I have has to have the seat modified with some sort of spring support or I can't use it.

Hands down the Caterpillar (88 craftsman gt-18)because I sit up and my legs are below my torso, but I can still reach the steering wheel confortably. I have a modern craftsman seat on it though, with higher back than original.
