I have had this tractor for awhile. Just decided I am going to do a total ground up restoration.Give me something to work on in the winter. I'm not sure what year it is. The engine code is an '85, not sure if it is the original engine though. I am looking for parts diagrams so I can make sure I actually have all the parts. It is a 38" rear discharge. I have it in peices now.(guess I should have got the diagrams before I took it apart!) Any suggestions and/or comments?

Thanks,

James

I have found parts diagrams, going to the local paint store for the tractor paint. The engine has what look like German warning decals on it? Anybody know what this could mean? Is it an export/inport tractor? Have any of you ran across this before. It is just on the engine, nothing on the tractor.

Thanks,
James

That's odd! Maybe the engine was earmarked for export to Germany and found it's way on that tractor.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
I can't help you with more than a small corection.
The labels are in French, not German. Maybe you tractor is a refugee from Canada :dancingbanana:

French, German? It's all 'Greek' to me! Never had any foreign language classes. LOL But that would explain it being in Missouri a lot better. Maybe the original purchaser was in Canada.
