Well, I said I was done buying Bolens for a while but that soon changed when one popped up on CL last night...

The first thing that caught my eye was the Dump accessory. I've only seen one before on ebay a few years ago. But noticed it in the Brochures. I also got the Brinly moldboard plow attachment, some tire chains and a tiller for $150. oh yeah ,and the 900 :D
Its pretty rough but it will be a good parts machine.
Enjoy the pics

Yes it was! And the tractor rough? I thought you saw the Ford 165 I got! Now the Ford IS rough! That 900 looks pretty decent to me.

Its pretty rough cosmetically. The fenders/hood are beat up a bit.
But the chassis is solid.

I's say you did VERY well on that deal! I have only seen one other dump carrier and that was at a show several years ago. I'd say you bought the tiller and everything else was free! Nice find!

The BOLENS IS ALIVE!

Looked at the engine today, and went to see if it got spark. It was not getting any spark. I held the wire and then pulled and then felt a very weak spark. So.... took off the flywheel and cleaned up the points really good and got it to have a nice Blue spark. Put it back together and it started on the 1st pull! :dancingbanana:

Hey Brian. Can I come over and get a ride in that dumper? ... Aw, never mind, you live to far away!.
Besides, I'm too big and you probably couldn't keep the front end on the ground! :rolling:
