GRAND is home!! They just got home with George Sr. and didn't really find anything wrong with him.

Nutndun will post something later with more info.

Good news that they didn't find any major problems.

Mixed emotions here. I am happy that Grand is home and seems to be Ok, but don't see him as someone who cries "wolf". I've had more than one problem getting diagnosed correctly and no longer have unshakeable faith in doctors and hospitals. Grand, please take care and if there is a recurrence of symptoms, PLEASE get back to the hospital.

I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers. I had several symptoms of a heart attack but as has been posted, I didn't have one. I was able to come home last night and enjoy supper with family and friends. The stress test did not show any problems with my heart for which I am thankful. I was also surprised that my cholesterol levels were acceptable. The doctor still suggested that I improve my dietary habits. Brian said that I went to the hospital so that I didn't have to help haul home all the things that he bought at the auction.
Last night like I said I was able to have supper with family and friends. Today I want to once again THANK my family here on the site for their thoughts and prayers.

George

Same here thanks for the update George. But about that cholesterol level thing......I read that to mean that you do not see a doctor regularly??? Us tough strong men are not indestructible and however much we dont like to we need to see our physicians on a somewhat regular basis. When I turned 50 last year I said I need to get with my Dr and get the round of stuff checked that I should at this age, but have not yet done so, so I am like the pot calling the kettle black.

Your little incident however reminds me that I should do so, no time like the present, better to do regular maintenance on our bodys then to wait for the major trouble that some of us wont survive.

Off my soapbox
Keep us posted George
