Gerald asked for the recipe we use for sweet pepper relish, so I thought I'd post it as a thread. Anyone else can add a different recipe for pepper relish here if they'd like. Not our recipe, so I'll just post the link to the site & page where Teresa found the recipe.

Thanks for the recipe! If i could get the peppers to grow in my garden I would be all over that!

Teresa has put up 19 quarts & 2 pints of sweet pepper relish this year, and we "may" put up a few more quarts yet. We won't have to make any next year.

And I want to add that I don't really care for bell peppers, or onions, other than small minced bits as ingredients in food. But when you put this all together, I can eat this relish by itself straight from the jar!
