went out this morning like i do every morning to look at the flower beds to make sure the neighbor hood cats haven't left me a surprise . on one of the flower pots is this stuff plus all the leaves are gone from the plants.
here is a pic of the slime

im thinking it may be snail eggs but not sure. it wasnt there yesterday

What does it taste like? There are a few things it could be, but tasting it is the only way to be certain...

I think I've seen stuff like that growing in mulch before. A mold. Has the plant been overwatered???
