story sounds too good to be true. not sure if it's a good price but it is pretty little tractor.

ORIGINAL excellent condition...huh!

Bumper was originally chrome. Mower deck was orange. Has a notch cut out of the grille and holes drilled in the seat deck. And if that isn't enough, it has a homemade hood on it and it's painted the wrong color. The original hood was orange with one white stripe an two black stripes running from front to back, down the center of the hood.

Don't know if it's worth half what he wants for it.

Well sure.... But other than that its original :smilewink:

I did notice the hood being the wrong color but I completely missed that it was homemade. Looks like they did a pretty good job. They've got the side profile at the front pretty close and it looks like the fuel filler is close as well.

I noticed that it looks to have been used through '83 instead of '73...

Thanks for pointing out all of the flaws though, that is the kind of stuff that novice guys like me would never have known!
