Well, the mess in my shop has gotten to a point to where it's straighten it up, or board the doors! I don't want to work on anything in there until I get it spiffied up. Been working at it this morning, but it's getting hot out, so not sure if I'll finish it today or not. at 2pm I gotta go see a guy about a Ford LGT165, so likely shop won't get finished today. I have an old TroyBilt tiller he wants to trade for the Ford, so may do a swap.

I know the feeling!mine is a mess also. the last 3 months to much has been going on in my life. A few weeks ago I went out to do some "garage" house cleaning. right away I noticed ,two Apple computers GONE! and some snap-on-tools Gone. automotive diagnosis machines and some smaller Batt. powered tools. So the fire is out again for awhile . Maybe when it cools off I will feel like getting back to work on the custom tractors and 1950 Ford tudor car.
A few thousand dollars of tools gone is one thing , but the violated feeling is much worse. this is my home garage.

Good luck on the Ford deal, Daniel. That would be a nice tractor to have!

Yup, every shed and garage here is full. I'm lucky i have the space to build my tractor up front. I rolled it out last week to clean, and its already messy again.

Glad to hear everyone else's shop is like mine. It was good all winter, but since spring i barely have enough time to fix whatever I am working on, and stuff I all over the place.

I had straightened up my garage enough that it looks presentable but still have a bunch to do. I have a 25 foot long work bench along one wall that just seems to be a " stuff" collector. It's not my main work bench and most of the time is just piled full of stuff. I have thought about removing that and put in a couple of cabinets to put tools away in. Right now I have a VW trike all tore apart. Got to get that done before tearing anything else apart!

I cleaned mine a month or so ago... but since then have torn apart a 4cyl Nissan engine, put brakes on my wife's truck (still have the tools and old parts sitting on the bench) and gotten into a few small projects. Needless to say, it's a mess and needs a good cleaning once again :wallbanging:
