These are some pictures of a lawn and garden junkyard that's about a 1/2hr from my house, I think it is in Wolcott NY. There are treasures all over this place, its kinda sad to see them sitting in the weeds. I've bought a lot of stuff from this guy, some whole tractors and a lot of parts. The owner has several connections to get the equipment and is getting new stuff all the time. Whenever I go out there I have to set aside at least a couple hours to walk the lot to see what's new and to talk to the guy who owns it. The place is way out in the sticks, he doesn't have a computer and gets business mostly from regulars and word of mouth. The owner, who goes by the name "Buckshot" is a good guy, if your strait with him he's strait with you, if you jerk him around you better leave quickly.

I'll admit it... I cried a little :mecry:
The man has some serious old iron stashed away there! That's the kind of place I could spend all day poking around in (and probably leave broke with rust piled as high as I could manage)

I for one am glad the place is not a 1/2 hour from me. I see so many treasures there I don't know where to look second. Of course the Case 195 gets my first look.

Old Buckshot has quite a goldmine there.:smile1:

Thanks for sharing that stash of treasure! I would have a hard time visiting a place like that and not taking a whole trailer load of goodies back home with me. Looks like a lot of possible projects.

I thought I saw a couple of David Bradley plows in there.
Hey Ma! Fuel up the pickup and hook up the trailer, we're going to New York.

The owner said he had another David Bradley with a buzz saw attachment in a building down the road were he keeps the "good stuff". He didn't have time to take me down there but said he would next time, I'll get more pictures. He also said he had a couple more complete case high wheels with engine issues in there. It's really hard to resist bringing more projects home from this place but I already have more projects than I have time, money and space for. I'm afraid if I see the cases in his building I won't be able to control myself, I've wanted a high wheel for a long time.

Not so much into DB but am in need of DB or other brands of 6'' plow bottoms for the 4 wheel drive tractor I am building.
