I saw this on the local craigslist.

Don't know if it's worth the asking price, but it's a danged nice looking tractor.

Looks like it was very well taken care of and IMO is worth every penny!

That is a nice Bolens for sure! I don't know what it is worth either, but I would think that is reasonable!

Wow, that is a really nice, clean tractor! It must have been well taken care of and stored in a garage. I wonder if he's got anything else besides a mowing deck with it? I'd imagine with that 3 cylinder diesel you can go through just about anything with that! Not exactly my favorite body style of a Bolens, but that thing is definitely a work-horse. Are these 1980's Bolens tractors still decent? They were still bade by Bolens at this point and not MTD, right?

FMC sold Bolens to garden-way in 1987 last of the good bolens...

Garden-way went bust in 2001 MTD now uses the name sence then.

That is sweet. I didn't know they had made a diesel that late in their history.

Wow very nice I wish it was close to my home.

It's only about a 45 min drive from me....I can pick it up and hold if for you :D :D :D

Course, I'd have to give it a good testing

Might even consider getting it to a point 1/2 way or so between you and me, if it isn't WAY too far.
