Not sure why, and it might be a mistake, but I think I have my mother-in-law talked into baking me an orange pie. That's right, you heard me, an orange pie. I know there are grape pies, cherry pies, strawberry pies, peach pies, and apple pies, but I never heard of anybody making an orange pie. So with that said, I'm going to venture out and see what happens. I'm hoping it will be good, and I think I have her understanding how I want it made. I'll either love it, or I'll end up walking away looking like I have bitter beer face. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. After I taste it, I'll let you know if I recommend it or not. Then again, if you don't hear anything from me, in let's say a week, then you'll know that my face sucked up so tight, that I couldn't see to type a response, and I'll have to wait until the swelling goes downs, or my face relaxes from the shock!

I'll keep you posted.............I hope!

we used to get one called a florida orange juice pie,all sauce,no orange chunks at all,served frozen with whipped cream.sort of like a kiwi lime pie but with orange,it totally rocked................so of course they stopped bringing them in........b*#*tards.thats happened to me at costco several times,find a good tasty item at the tryme tables,happily enjoy that product for 6 months and then bango...no longer available........b*#*tards

I kind of think an orange cake would be pretty good. However after you do the orange cake and you don't get bitter beer face then you have to try a grapefruit pie.

Yeah That's the reason I've stopped going to Red Lobster. Every time they get something I really like, it's not on the menu the next time I go. They told me their twice baked potato was too labor intensive?

Yeah I thought so too! I would not mind if I had not already waited 35 minutes to get a table. So I'll go next door to Olive Garden same wait but I know what they have.
