i found one with a power assisted bagger. 14 twin Kohler, power steering for $850.00. Is this a very good GT and how about any problems to look for. Is it worth 850.

Not a Ford guy, so I cannot help you with whether it is a good gt or not or what problems to look for, but I can say that it does not seem like too bad of a price with the bagger and all. Hopefully the Ford guys can chime in and help you out better!

I have no experience with one of these. According to NH, the GT85 has an 18 HP engine. Maybe some one with knowledge of these will join in.

The Ford GT85 was Made By Shibaura http://www.shibaura....id=7&cattaal=EN For Ford It was Made at the same time Toro was Producing Tractor for Ford/New Holland as well. Because Toro Had Bought Gilson In 1990' and they continued to produce tractors for Ford as well The GT85 was Made from 1992 to 1997 with or without Power steering, available attachments for It were Cat 0 3point, 40inch Rotary tiller, 48inch front Blade, 47inch Rotary Broom, 42inch snow thrower and a 48 or 60inch deck In 1998 Toro Took Over full Production of the Ford/NH Line for Lawn and Garden tractors. The GT65, 75, 85 and 95 were dropped In Favor Of the Toro 5xi series Garden tractors Named the GT18, 20 & 22
