Do I unterstand you right, you were at Europe? When have you been there and where have you been?
And you are speaking about "normal" tractor, I think. You┤re right. But you can also see MF, FORD (from Britain) and Case tractors.
Other US companies like White only sold some lawn&garden tractors (maybe produced by Jacobsen?).
Other big german traders are Fendt and Deutz (I think, them you┤re meaning).

I spent 27 months in "West" Berlin from Feb 1978 to May 1980, ( 42nd Eng Co. Berlin Bde.) when the wall was still up. I came back twice once to Rhienberg and once to Manhiem. Both for about 3 weeks. These was while I was in the Army. I also visited Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Kaiserslautern, Munchen, Nurnberg, Koln, and the Garmish area. Spent an evening in the Hofbrauhaus in Munchen. Loved every minute of it. Also Visited Neuschwanstein Castle. I would like to go back.

Today the chief of our fishing union asked me to mow the banks of the little river Ems near our village :help:. They will start a fishing contest the week after the next and couldn┬┤t reach the water :bigrofl:

Last sunday I was lurking in the chat room and told about our "harvesting the vintage way". The following videos will explain what I mean. Hope my 112 will be ready next time so that I can you more vids from german LAGT...

And pardon guys, I┬┤m not so fast as you with writing in the chat, often I don┬┤t understand your slang and my keybord is constructed for an other language and so I┬┤m very slow... :blush2:

Thanks for the video. By the looks of it, you've got a long way to go, to get to the water. Have fun.

Here's my buddy Siggi from near Hamburg, riding his 110 sf, he bought for 200 $ w/ a damaged gear. Therefore he's driving well, I think
