I modified the snow plow I just bought for the Cub 147 to fit, I think it was meant for the wide frame series but I made it fit. I will post pics of it in another thread when I get time. I need to figure out what it is I am missing for the lift rod to go in to near the electric lift. I also got the head off the Massey MF12 so I could replace the gasket. I also sandblasted the grill from the parts 10 that I am using to replace the busted up grill that was on the 12. Going to pick up some silver paint at TSC on the way home from work today. I am not worried about getting it perfect but want to make it somewhat nice looking to take to the Fawn Grove show. I want to start getting the electrolysis tank setup. I think I am going to sell the snow blower I just got for the Cub, it is meant more for the 70/100 series tractors and is a bolt on attachment and not a quick attach.

Oh she went right back in, but she wanted to stay out & play! Man she fires right up & runs like new. Kinda hate to see her go, but bills to pay & short of room. If I hadn't borrowed to buy that last JB package, I'd likely have kept her. Sadly I can't have & keep them all.

Was mowing close to grain bins while corn unloaded when my deck lift got slow. Looked under & found my hydro charge pump housing seal was leaking bad. Had my son watch the load & drove it into the shop & switched out the entire charge pump housing. I had 2 others with good seals in them. Mowing is now complete! Winter will be hydro switching time as this one's input shaft is worn where it runs on the charge pump housing needle bearing. Likely what wore the seal with more movement of the shaft. No biggie, I have more pumps.

I changed the oil in my walk behind weed eater last night. Hope to use the Ford tonight to help spread some mulch the power companies tree guys gave me.

I got out my newest, and finished cutting grass. It's a 2000 JD LX 277 AWS. I had forgoten how much advancement has been made in garden tractors until I used the 1967 102 Cub

Used the Simp VB to pull a wagon loaded with a Nissan engine/transmission out of my shop, and maneuvered it into place to hoist it back into the truck. Looks like that's it for the tractors this weekend, even though my lawn has turned into a field ...

Cut the new grass for the first time with the Snapper 1650.
That stuff is nothing but water. Just sticks in the deck and falls out in mushy clumps.

PS. Also worked on the new mount for the loader on the 1655.
I'll start a new thread on that project and post some Pics.
