Used rototiller for the first time. Intimidating but fun to use. Tore up the front yard so I can remove all the rocks I could find and plant fresh grass.

Used the 3208 and my steel wagon to move several large planter pots filled with dirt.

Mowed with the snapper IMG_20170528_181130436.jpg
And picked this up for free this morning. The man tried selling it to me a month ago and we couldn't agree on a price so I walked away then he called me Friday and said he would make me a deal, he said FREE. so I obliged it needs the idler pulley bracket welded back but that will only take me like 30min everything else is mint IMG_20170528_184654797_HDR.jpg IMG_20170528_184705793.jpg

We went camping so in order to mow most of the lawn I had to put the deck on the 7112 as the grass was too high for the ZT with the mulcher.

Recent wet weather has left the yard a stream.

Hooked the rear blade to the JDx728 and cut an emergency (small) trench in the yard.

Will need more work in future!

Little different here......

Hauled a couple sets of doubles from Indy to Ft. Wayne and Indy to Daleville. Little break from throwing cases! Not a GT but it's my RT (road tractor). Caterpillar powered 10 speed.

Made some noise! Put a new throttle cable on the roper... well kinda, it was the control cable from a fertilizer spreader that was rusting.

I then proceeded to hook up to the plow and made dirt fly. Low 3rd, high 1st is about right, @wide open...IMG_1553.JPG

Is it the apocalypse? Pic loaded normal not sideways😂

I dig that hood ornament! Nice evening work pic!

Since all I have to post most of the time is "Mowing Monday" there hasn't been much to report, but today my wife came up with another "honeydo" project.

I had to cut down two 40+ year old pine trees last week my Mom had planted. They got bark beetles. Wife said we are going to go buy replacement ones so we ended up with 5 new pine trees. We had a garden trailer full of composted soil from an earlier "Honeydo" project so we planted those trees with that and used the removed dirt to fill some various holes around the yard.

It's pretty dry around here so there's going to be a lot of watering from here on out.
