I am trying to make a Ford Electric PTO work on a Cub Cadet Quietline. Both have Kohlers but the pulleys are different. Oh and I have a leaking gas tank among other things.

Put the tiller on the gc2300 made one pass in the garden and could smell Diesel,Did another pass couldn't smell anything.Did the thrid pass and could smell Diesel again.I was thinking why can I smell Diesel,I glanced down at the floor boards and they were wet with Diesel.Oh no I shut off the tractor opened the hood and the injection pump and the whole side of the motor is shinning with fuel.I turn the key on and the fuel line from the electric pump is spraying diesel all over from a tiny pin hole.Walk to the shop get a screwdriver and knife.Take the clamp off the hose and cut 1" off the hose put the hose back where it fits install the clamp and now no more leak.Drive the tractor over to the shop wash all the diesel etc" off, then back into the garden to finish tilling.Sure glad it was at home and not at the neighbors place. Have to till there garden tommoro,as its almost planting time here.Next project will be to replace the complete hose from the electric fuel pump to the injector pump.Didn't do it today wanted to get the garden done and some seat time.Maybe tommoro I'll tackle the fuel line have to pull the side panels off then the complete floor pan to get easy access to the fuel pump. The line thats there now is just a cheap pvc hose no braid in it,I'll have to go to town in the morning and buy some and then do the change once I have the hose in hand. I mowed part of the yard with the craftsman and then rode the Ford around the yard to check on the new trees we planted saturday and let it stretch its legs. Tonight if the rain stays away I will be borrowing dad's Zero Turn mower so that i can besure and get the rest of the yard done tonight. Wont be able to mow any this weekend and it doesn't need to wait until next week.
