Seems to be spring in UT, tullips are popping up, and peas are planted.  So I took the snowblower off the 400D and threw on the sweeper to clear out the gutters and sidewalks.

Well, I got the engine running in the Dayton (MTD 995)... after going through the carb, blowing out the fuel line, rebuilding the pump, guess what it was?????

The fuel filter has a replaceable cartridge. One end of the filter screws off, then there's a knurled nut that holds the cartridge in place... the nut had vibrated loose and was covering one of the ports the fuel flows out of... go figure, after uncounted hours trying to get it to run....

ANYWAY-- so I hooked the 3 point aerator on the back, and aerated my lawn.... and 9 other people in the neighborhood and from my church... some MAJOR seat time today!!!  Good therapy!!!

Even got to watch one of our glorious Utah sunsets...

I used the DB 600 walk behind to plow the lower  driveway that's not being used but still want to keep it sort of clear , there's 2-3" of ice under the snow  and the DB w/chains cleared the 2" of fresh snow with no problems .

Moved the one with the bucket and blade to the garage so I can get a straight shot at the driveway in the morning, I want to get to the snow before it's driven on.

Fired the 1354 (re-motored 1054) up and hauled a trailer load of wood from the shelter to the mud room in the house for the fireplace.  I sure like the way that walnut burns.

Plowed snow for the third time this week. Only about 3-4 inches this time and light and fluffy.

Thats about enough to frustrate me. I haven't seen my grass since I'm not sure when.

Have fun, my turn will come sometime......

Spent about 3 hours plowing snow yesterday. I finally surrendered as it just coming. Thankfully it slowed down and got warm so a lot of the fresh stuff almost all melted.

There you go again Mr larrylb, rubbing it in again, LOL. Mods, Larry needs a few warning points for his posts about mowing and warmer temps. LOL, Winter up in the Northeast just sucks this year.
