I loaded up all the extra fence panels on the snowmobile trailer. The 129 snorted just a bit because the trailer tires sank into the yard a bit but the Cub did the job without spinning a wheel. This old gt just impresses me more every time it gets put to work. Here are some pics of the loaded trailer behind the Cub. That old fence is heavy.

Used the FEL on the Massey 1655D yet again today.  Placed 36 compressed bales of pine chips into the stalls this morning, placed the last of my molasses tubs in the silage feeders, then hauled the 4 bags of milk powder and 6 bags of calf sweet feed down to the calf barn from where the feed truck set them off.  Handiest thing I ever built for a GT:thumbs:

Is that a Honda GT?

That's an early 90's Wizard by AYP 18 h.p. opposed twin Briggs, was originally a 6speed but I swapped in a hydro from a Craftman GT5000.

Fired up the 782 cub cadet. Filled the lawn roller with water. Rolled my yard
and two of the widow ladies yards in the neighborhood.
Another neighbor wants his yard done. Told him to come get it when he's ready. He is fully capable, just wants someone to do it for him. Looks like we'll be mowing real soon. Rick

Got the itch to play in the dirt today. The garden was too wet to till, so I broke it up a little with the tool bar so it dries faster. After that was finished, I still wanted more seat time. So I regraded the stone drive.

First tractor ride of the year for my little boys! My wife and daughter went to a horse convention, leaving me with the four boys, ages 7, 5, 3, and 1. We spent Saturday at the farm, and since I couldn't get in to much while watching the boys, we spent the day driving the neighborhood in the Ford 80 and cart. We visited a few neighbors, looked at livestock, saw some turkeys, threw some rocks, and got really dirty.

This morning, I had some farm equipment delivered, then had to get home because I am on call today. I tried to get some yard work done, but the boys wouldn't stay out of the creek. When the baby tried wading, I had had enough. The only way to keep them in one place outside is a tractor ride, so we saddled p the Cub Cadet 72 and drove around the yard for a bit. There is not much to see at our house, but little boys don't mind.

Took my grandsons tractor riding, hauled my ladder and tools to several repair jobs around the house, nothing more convenient than a bucket on a tractor.

Saturday- pitch forked and hauled 2 more loads of goat/chicken/turkey poop to the back field and dumped on the compost pile.

I will never let this build up like I did this winter, already hauled 6 loads, could clean up haul a couple more from the piles outside the barn too.

That's wierd you are 3 hours south of me and I've mowed twice already. Maybe it's that double shot of fertilizer a few weeks ago

LOL, yeah could be... I actually should have mowed last week but I was out of town so it had to wait till yesterday. Some areas was a foot tall and some areas you couldn't hardly tell where I had mowed.

Sorry, no "fresh" pics, but I took the 54 blade & 3-pt weights off the 83-420 this morning:

HPIM2230 (640x478) (Copy).jpg

Then hooked it to the NTM 17P cart to haul some compost later:

HPIM3030 (800x597).jpg

Hooked the 10P cart to the 80-314 so the wife could use it for some leaf cleanup:

HPIM2508 (Custom).JPG

Used the 70 I to take the Troy Bilt chipper to the brush pile & clean it up:

HPIM2340 (Custom).JPG

The starter on the 70 I was making too much noise, so I replaced the plastic starter gear on the 12-1/2 HP Briggs.  Half the teeth were stripped off the gear!

Then brought up the "Custom Ten" cart from the back shed to replace the shop firewood rack:

HPIM2794 (640x478).jpg

I'l probably do the first mowing of the year tomorrow with the F525:
