Spent 3 hours on my JD214 pushing a foot of snow off my driveway. Enjoyed the seat time, but I am tired this evening.

Massey Mower  Breaks Hibernation!!

Second clear day in a row.  The lawn weeds don't care about the temp, they still grow.  So I cut 'em down!  Great seat time, did my yard and my neighbor's.

It's not tractor season yet here in the 'Tinker-cave'..  Our son brought me a blown up 340 engine last December for me to take a look at..   He had pulled the jugs off and while he was messing around trying to figure out what was bound up he busted a perfectly good piston's skirt!  After investing ~$70 in a clutch puller I tore the thing down..   I found a seized main bearing on the crank..  After searching cyberspace and waiting for new parts to arrive I finally got everything..  After pressing on the main bearings @ work last weekend I finally had some time this week to peel gaskets and put things back together..  After much tedious cleaning and gasket scraping I spent time getting things in shape to reassemble..  It's been a long road but I finally finished the dang thing today!   :dancingbanana:  :rocker2:

Here's a couple pictures:

Have another snowstorm going on here in Maine today. Did some cleanup earlier with my 416.  About 6 inches then, probably another 6 or more in the morning.

Plowed my church's drive way and parking lot with my JD214. Last Tuesdays snow was very hard, but by taking small bites, we got it done. Sorry no pics. maybe next time.

Broke out the pole saw and BMP today. You would be supprised how much storm damaged Cedar you can clear with this combination.
