I love it when farming has a need for one of my GT's. After milking, I used the MF 1855'w FEL to scrape silage the cows sift over the feeders. The manure tractor can't get to all of it due to the angled boards that help prevent as much waste. But the Massey can scrape it all out, no problem. After I finished that, I hooked my Massey 1010 to the 16' trailer full of hay. Pulled the load next to the calf barn, then pitched they hay in through the windows & stacked it. After lunch, the MF's loader gets to place a few 200lb lick blocks into the feeders.

Mowed over corn debris that was scattered about, did some road-side mowing, trimming up other spots. Saturday I mowed the entire lawn and hauled off the old raspberry bushes while racing the storm.

I also used my Massey 1855's FEL to drag the broken tongue assembly I removed from the manure wagon out from under the tank. Man it's heavy, as all the 1855 could do was to drag it a few feet. NO lifting it with the small FEL! Then I mowed 1/2 mile of our road frontage with my John Deere F935.

Not a garden tractor, but this morning I took the JD 790 to the farm & worked on the dirt road about 3 hours. Smoothed it up some in preparation for Saturdays "Trail Ride". ~~ Lowell

I turned the compost pile with the JD 317/Johnny Bucket Sr. This weekend I have 10 yards of stone dust coming so I get to fill pot holes!

I was out blissfully riding my tractor( the Poulan Hemorrhoid) around cutting the grass and I came around a corner and drove straight into a spider web. I saw it a half second before I hit it. I slammed on the brakes and saw the big Garden Spider land squarely on my nose. I don't know who was more freaked out me or her.

Pulled an old tree out that was way in the ground with the 2520 then pushed it into the woods.

I cut the grass! It might not seem like a great accomplishment, but it is the third consecutive time I have cut my grass without breaking anything! I even got to use the headlights. All with my Cub Cadet 72.

Cut half the lawn for an hour. Figured there ain't much more to cut since half is dead. Brought the 2520 in and did some touch-ups. That's about it.

I drove my Bush Hog around the back yard for a little while. 1st time in months I got to drive her. Not only that, but started right up and ran great! I love it when they do that :)

Yesterday I mowed the implement area, brought the 630 home from the fair, hooked it to the 1600 plow and got the garden all done. Just needs harrowed and seeded.

I had a good Tractor Weekend. At the farm, I harvested what little was left in the garden, then asked my neighbor for some help. He brought his horse and ground driven manure spreader, and spread a heaping load of stall cleanings (horse and cow.) Then I fetched a few loads of sawdust from the other neighbor's sawmill. Some sawdust went straight into the garden, some went into the horse shed, and some started a new compost pile.

I plowed the garden with my Cub Cadet 147, then hooked up the cart and took the kids for a ride. I also mowed a bit with the John Deere LT155.

This evening, at home, I mowed with my Cub Cadet 72. Then I used the Ford 80 with front blade to move a log and small boulder out of the yard.
