I work customer service a lot. Last week I got transferred a call that was a little old lady trying to hook up her blu-ray player and activate the built in Netflix service. 30 minutes of making the facial expression on that kid, but we got there.

My daughter sent it go me after I had helped her for two day clean up another fake anti-virus infection on her computer. I figured you all would get a kick out of it.

Yeah that's what I have done for the past 26 yrs and you hear some good ones. At one time we were shipping product for PBS.
Lady called and said her movie woul not play. I asked what it was doing and she said nothing. I asked her if it was running when she put it in her player? She said what is that? I said the machine hooked to your TV so you can play movies. She said you mean I have to buy one of those too? I finally issued a Returns Authorization for the product.
