This is one of two, the other (second one) is on the CraigList/eBay section.
What price "purity" ?
If an engine is in "backwards", then everything must be wrong, I'd think.

a speedex is only worth something if it's original, i've as i have said on another thead only paid $200 for 3 speedex's over the last year none had all the part's some had nonstock motors blah blah blah, i'm sure not gonna pay that much for a s series cause it's gonna cost $$$$$$ to get all the little stuff and the hood (and latch if equiped) not to mention the correct motor so it runs the drive the right way also switching the hyd system to the right side litterally all them that i've seen are on the right some of the later ones may have been driven off of the flywheel side of the engine but most of the ones i've seen have the starter/generator on that side . If i were rich and just wanted another to restore and didn't care about the cost, maybe, but there are much better examples out there at every show that are for sale some for less and restored original's for more, so don't be fooled when you go to look, KNOW (have pic's of similer models, how the engine is mounted ,M series crank inline w/frame ,S series engine 90%to the frame w/flywheel on left side sheive on right , what type tranny's came in that model and so on . So try to know when you go . If you don't some will try to get to much more by saying it's better than it really is, and it really is not worth that much :laughingteeth:
