My Grandfather had a Rupp I think that looked something like that . Glad you got it , Al

I have a kit version of something similar. It's on my "Round Tuit" list.

I also think that seat is the seat off a Massey Executive. Right Pattern & single bolt mount up. They might have used it on other stuff, IDK...

Does that mower have any deck height adjustment? Looks like it's a fixed height.

If you look under the seat, there is a little crank. It's not for winding up the tractor, it actually raises or lowers the whole rear end.

Not much adjustment before it starts to mow funny, but it's at least something.

Al, I bet you are thinking of Rugg. They made the mowers. Rupp made mini bikes and go carts. Both were located here in Ohio.
