I saw this being talked about on YTMAG, an antique tractor forum, and since the guy is close to me I gave him a call to find out more about it.

He had mentioned that it was for sale, and I had to find out how much. He said that he's starting at $7,500.00 and will dicker. He said that he also has a plow that goes with it. Looks like a real beast of a tractor. He said that they were used in vinyards over in Europe.

Sounds like a lot, but it's one of only 5 that were imported, and may be the only one in existance that still has the rubber tracks.

Pics don't really show you the size but there is a youtube video of a different one that does.

Here's the vid, and pics of the one he has.

That's a pretty nice looking old crawler. Cosmetically it looks like it could be restored to mint condition without too much work. That's a lot of $ though!

That is a nice crawler, bet you can pull the world around with it if you can find a place to hook on. It would be fun to play with but like Brian said, that a lot of money. When do you pick it up?

... When do you pick it up?

I wish :D :D

My tractor fund doesn't have any thing CLOSE to that in it.

It sure would be a nice toy though.

Would be fun to play with. Wouldn't have to worry too much about traction!

The yellow and white one is the one for sale.

He's only about 20 miles or so down the road from me.

If he hasn't sold it by then, I'm pretty sure that he's going to bring it to the Wellington, OH show in Sept.

Man that is a cool tractor. I would love to have it. I bet it would really pull some junk cars around.
