Does anybody have a picture of how the spring on the governor is supposed to be hooked? The engine is a tecumseh HH100. KC (wvbuzzmaster) sent me a carb for it, and I installed it after cleaning it and the engine surges now. It never did that with the old carb, but I could never run the tractor without the choke on with the old carb. I have a feeling somebody replaced my spring with a different one, and i dont think they matched them up very well. Heres a picture of how the spring is currently.

This is what my 1966 MF10 looks like. The spring's right side end (in picture) is in the lower hole, your is hooked higher.
