Today was the last day of the Ashtabula Ohio summer show. Saw DougT for all of 5 minutes yesterday & bumped into Sparky today A few other familiar faces as well.

I had to work Friday and Saturday, went out right after work and looked around a little, unloaded the SS12, and generally wandered & BS'd

Went out for the morning and early afternoon today and found some of the proprietors still doing business.

Two Wind-up starters & a point I can make a middle buster out of

A Teccy Belt cover for a Sears Tractor

An LP Conversion kit from Lord only knows what... but it has a 7/8" throat... so 7 or 8 Hp?

And my "I couldn't leave without it" item
a set of pretty well maintained Brinly Cultivators.

Because it had been so bloomin' hot the last two days and sales had been off, it was "Lets make a deal day". You couldn't even ask for a price without getting into a "What'll ya gimme forum" discussion.

If I'd had more cash, I'd have been renting a truck to get stuff home. Running 12 Hp Briggs for $50, Kohler 14 without the carb but good compression for $40, Electric Start/Self Propelled Lawn Boy Push Mower $40, 99% of 314-8 Wheel Horse for $150... you get the idea.

It was a good thing I didn't bring much with me... My Marital Bliss may have been disrupted.

It sounds like you had a great day! The only problem is that there were more things listed at the end that I don't remember seeing in your pics. :(

That's some nice stuff there, for cheap! That propane thingy sure looks interesting. And $40 for a K321 makes me sick!

Nice haul from a flea market! I'm even sicker to hear K321's going for 40$ :mecry: . Can't find one up here at all. It has to have the block with the mounting tabs like is in a JD, Ford or Ariens. No emergency though. The old one is still running!

You are gonna sell the tractor you have in tractor of the month, Buzzard? That doesn't seem right. Although, if you won if would be a great selling point!

Nice haul Alan. The propane conversion is something I think I would have liked myself. Should be fun to monkey with.

I just exhibit there.

I'll probably have a Haban Sickle-Mo for sale though.

This will be my 3rd year.

First year was the 800 with the Brinly dump on it.

Last year was the 800 w/Brinly dump and a 30" front reel mower, and the G10 w/ Haban Sickle-Mo.

This year, I'm thinking G10 w/chipper and Brinly dump, 1256 w/Sickle-Mo, 1256 w/E-Z Vac and E-Z Rake dethatcher, G11 w/front reel mower, and maybe the 1886 w/FEL, with a Brinly plow hanging on the 3-pt.

No sense having a some 'different' attachments and not letting people see them.

There are 100s of GTs at this show.

Here's a link to of a thread where I posted pics from last year's show:
