Are you talking about having the two rear axles pivot independent of each other? Not sure I get the part about the sprocket rear wheels? and chain drive?

case diffs are the way to go alright a 400 seies would be best for the tall wheals if i were to do it i would use one diff and put sprocket rear wheal was andchain drive too axles on a walking beam that way you woudnt high center on one axle always having both rear axles driving look at a real grader you will get the idea im talking a bout jim

I like where you are going with this. It will save him a lot of work in one area, but create more work in another. Depending on what I had available to me I would chose either of them.

That doesn't look like a bad lot of tractors! Especially if it will help with your project. To bad its not closer to you.
