Every year myself and other members of Central Pa IH Collectors Chapter 17 participate in the annual 4th of July parade in Millville Pa. This year having a new tractor to parade that has power steering and is somewhat smaller I decided it was a good way to get my daughter to start driving. She's only 3 but she did a good job of it. She held the wheel straight and did the turns by herself for the most part with only minimal corrections and direction from me. I sat with my hands on my lap most of the parade and she was getting all kinds of cheers for her driving and people waving back at her as she waved to them. I had more fun with the reaction of the crowd then I did driving the tractor. It was a good morning indeed!

Very nice. My kids are teens now and I have pictures of them at that age driving my old Oliver 70 with nothing but smiles. I know what you're feeling. That's a great way to spend your 4th, sitting on your tractor with the kids.

This is great. My 2 girls have or will get occasion to drive my little tractor and I look forward to it. Ironically, the boy said that it was a funny looking blue redneck machine. Needless to say that he's been assigned to a life of push-mowing and moving things by hand.

Thanks guys. Found out from the father in law this afternoon that the local paper there also has our picture in it today. So that is pretty cool as well.
