I was looking on Craigslist and found a deck for a 140.

My friend was needing a deck for his 317. It rusted out years ago,
Had him look it up and he call they about the deck. They says that he was the only one that called and that they were ready to remove it from Craigslist.
They were so happy and they were heading close by, so they loading it up and they meet.
He got the deck a E046 (brass tag) off their JD 140 with the mule drive and belt for $50.

I stopped by to show me the deck. The deck as you see in the picture is a good solid deck.
No holes, just a little surface rust. The bearings are in great shape.
He said that the deck has been setting for years inside. And that they use the 140 with the tiller.
He said that he was also looking for a tiller and they said that they will call him when they don't need the tiller any more.
