Man, that's a stinker! Hope it's something simple and cheap... Hey, a guy can hope can't he?
Maybe instead of a rental car, you could get a rental truck and still make the trip?

Howsomever...I iz broke down. Sitting in a garage parking ot in a little wide spot in the road in PA :mecry:

Engine just stopped dead. No warning or anything. From the way that the starter motor turns the engine over, I'm guessing at this point that it may be the timing chain.


Wow, that sucks! Sorry to hear about the troubles! Hopefully they can get you fixed up quick and it doesn't cost you a ton of money. Although from the sounds of it, it has already cost you quite a bit (ditching the motorhome in PA, taking a rental car back, have to take another car out there to pick it up when it's done, etc...) Good luck with both the motorhome and the Bolens - hope something works out for you in the end!
