do i have a choice on the motor paint wanted go white or orange so ican see the parts better ?


That's all a matter of personal choice, the way I see it. The original 10 hp engines in the Landlord 101s were painted black, but if it were mine, I'd paint it the color that I would be most happy with.

did a road trip down to sascr today picked up my sickle mower got back about noon ,almost got hooked up he had everything i needed so it went on fairly easy, was going to do some pics. but my camera says card locked and it won't work still trying to figure it out anybody know whats wrong and how to fix it i know its just matter of hitting the right button ,so if you can help thanks . in christ on the way home

On all camera cardsthere is a little slider button. They are usually made from a different color from the rest of the plastic.
And they are darned small.

If you slide it to lock, the device will not write to it.

They work like the old break out tabs on cassette tapes or the slide piece on the 3.5" floppy discs.

Looking good! Can't wait to see what it looks like with the sickle mower on it......man, I am just thinking about how good it is going to look.....and I am getting sellers remorse on that sicklemower... :mecry: these old bushhogs GT's ae taking all my money and time :laughingteeth:

Just kidding on the remorse part....glad you could use it.....get that camera working.....we want to see the pictures!!! :thumbs:

still making minor adjustments , tried it out today did good until the belt jumped but i think got rhat worked out now in Christ

Congrats on getting the sickle mower Bobby.

I just noticed, in your pics, that you have the belt on the wrong pulley of the PTO. It should be on the smallest pulley. Careful not to run the mower too fast. A lot of folks have shaken them apart by doing so.

switched the belt to the smaller pulley tried some shorter belt s on the other pulleys to no avail , so one more adjustment on the height and maybe i'll be mowing. back hurting pretty bad may have to walk away for the day.
i'm not getting old just getting closer to home in Christ His Grace is sufficent

The belt should be Simplicity part #2156120. It's a 63.1" HA belt.
