I thought you meant the narrow stripe down the side above the "Simplicity" that is seen in the second two pics. Didn't realize you meant the one on top, sorry.

There's no other stripes. Maybe what your seeing is glare where the hood breaks straight down from the rounded top.

Wow, on the Ipad, I'd have sworn that was a stripe, but now that I'm on the PC, yep... It's glare. Sorry Greg. :wallbanging:

okay thats why i keep seeing the orange showing up even on the chassis , iwas going ask about that next, but you have allready answered my ? wow with these 2 pics. i'm good to go now , looks like i got some stripping to do , its more fun when you know you;re doing the right thing !!!!!.

somebody tell me what to do for my grill and its frame , was they chrome or paint ? thanks fellas its been a blessed day for all i hope , looking for His return in Christ

Bobby, I'm pretty sure the grilles were white. The side rail covers were chrome.

Greg ,i know you said the grill was white but i wanted to see what it would look like chrome if i don't like it i can paint over it the chrome is paint also .do i have a choice on the motor paint wanted go white or orange so ican see the parts better ? had a blessed in Chirst hope you did too
