I am not at home where I can measure the engine pulley (unfortunately), but am looking to start the design for the pulley reduction/chain reversal PTO system. I am looking to take power off the engine on the smallest pulley (right before the rubber reverse wheel). Any Idea what the diameter of this pulley is.. and what size belt is compatible?
I did a search and came up dry. The parts manual doesn't give specs on the T70 pulley.

What Is The Diameter And Belt Type For The Engine Pulley?
