Chris, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and of your father's ill health. I know each day will be tough and that the pain is fresh. Enjoy this time with your father to the best of your ability and I hope he finds a surgery he finds acceptable.

Chris, I'm sorry to hear about your lose and then having to deal with the medical issue with your dad. The old expression "When it rains it pours" certainly holds true in your case. Quite a few years ago my grandfather had an anurism and opted not to have surgery and that was hard. Keep us posted.

Chris, give your Mom a hug from us and ask her to give you one too.

Very sorry to hear of your loss and your Father's health issues. My prayers go out to the whole family.

Chris, one more thing, (experience here) don't run yourself down trying to be the rock. I did one time and got pretty sick. With some of your other health issues, just don't want you to get yourself there, Mom has enough to worry about and you can't be more than one man. Just take care, buddy.

There have been a lot of eloquent responses to this thread and I agree with them all. They have expressed my sentiments better than I could myself. Just know that my thoughts and prayers are with you Chris.
Tim, We'll all be praying for you and yours as well! God bless you both!
