Saw an interesting tiller today while looking at some other tractors.

Guy said that it had a Wisconsin V-4 in it. I didn't verify that to be true though.

I looked at a data tag that was on the front of the tractor, and it said it was an Ariens Trav-a-matic or Trans-a matic, or something similar...was hard to read

It's a BIG son of a gun, and looks like it would be a beast of a tiller.

Any one have any info on anything like that?

http://www.donaldant...com/Ariens.html Check this site out. I looked quick and there was a prototype V4 30" wide walk behind tractor tiller.

Just went on that link that chris m provided. Those are some huge tillers! I did not even know Ariens made big tillers like that. Reminds me of the old Fraizer tillers. Those were kinda expensive for that time frame, considering that you could buy a new 1939 Chevy car for $659 back then. Thanks for sharing!

Those are huge. I think someone on here got one of those big tillers a few months back.
