After I built the trailer, it never got painted. I have been waiting for a good time to paint it since I put the "wheel wings" on it. Now seems like a good of a time as any.

Here it is to refresh your memory.

After taking off the sides, floor and wheels.

I then gave it a quick pressure wash and flipped it over. I looked at all the paint I have and this was the best one I could find that wouldn't make it look completely ridiculous. It looks like primer. Here it is after the first coat on the bottom. Somehow the power kings sneaked their way into the background...

These are the tires that were on it. I still have to break them down. I will put these into my newly made up E-tank then spray them black.

EDIT: Here is a link to the build threads if anybody has not seen them.

Thanks!

The wheels are steel. They have silver paint on them and it's just making them look chrome. I don't know if it is ok to put chrome things in the e-tank.

No, I don't think chrome would be safe to put in the tank. It will produce a toxic gas as well as hydrogen if my memory serves. Let us know how the e tank works for you Ryan.

All e-tanks make Hydrogen. The process uses electricity to separate the Hydrogen from the Oxygen Molecules.

I didn't think it would be safe, I wasn't sure. Thanks for letting me know!

I just came back in from breaking down the tires. They don't look that bad! Not pitting or anything.

That is looking good, Ryan! Now that you have an e-tank, you'll find all kinds of stuff to put in there! Have fun!

The hydrogen is with any metal in an e-tank. But removing chrome leaves chromium in the water & on the electrodes, which is very toxic!

I got more washing soda last night so I will be able to get the wheels in the tank after school. I have my last test today and I am done for the summer!

Not bad, spent most of my time sitting there and waiting. I waited for a combined 4-5 hours today. I had two tests, most of the time you only have one a day but its just the way it worked out.

Yes! I will have lots more time now! And you all know what that means! :laughingteeth:

Also, I got the wheels in the e-tank and they are cooking away!
