Same year my dad was born!

1973? The year after I was born :confuse:

Cool! Do you guys suggest going the 3-pt route at first or the Sleeve hitch? I plan on the sleeve at first because its cheaper (in most cases), and I can make an adapter for my Speedex.

Nice find Dane. Other than the grille, it seems to be all complete from what I can see in the pictures. As for the hitch type, I'd stay with the sleeve hitch unless you have a steal of a deal on a 3pt. All depends what type of attachments you have also. Have fun with it and enjoy yourself!

Thanks, but not really. It just seems to be part of my everyday rutine.

I'm going to take the deck off tomorrow and see what I can find to pull around in the cart... If the weather permits... I figured out that only 2 of my lights work. The left front, and right rear...

It could be a bad connection at the light connector/socket or a bad bulb. If you have an ohmmeter you can check the lights themselves easily. They should read a low resistance if good and will read an open circuit if burned out.

Doesn't look like I am, the sun was in my eyes, and my dad isn't that great with the camera. Oh well, he is skilled in other things and I love him for it, and for putting up with my Hobby/Addiction.

You just keep up that addiction, then likely you'll get Dad hooked too! Nice 140!

I think I am. I'm on year 3 and he gets glossy eyed and excited when we see a new machine too. He said "I claim this one for PA Plow Day next year." when we unloaded the Speedex 820.

Sounds like he on the way, Dane! Now, find somewhere you can plow and get him to 'hone' his skills!

Dane, with all the activities around here this week, I almost missed this one. Sorry.

Nice 140, looks like a very capable machine.

Looking forward to seeing you and your Dad at PA Plow Day again. He and I had a chance to talk, and I knew it was only a matter of time before he got hooked, with as proud as he was of your abilities.
