Wow, you're lucky today. I tried Chrome & FF & the site told me "Nope" both times.


I just tried it again using FF, and works great!

I'm using FF and got to the point of it asking me to install Silverlight.

I wonder what I'm doing wrong? I can get all the way to choosing the exploded view I want and can't see the image.

Is it asking you to install SilverLight at that point? That is a far as I got, didn't need to look up anything, just seeing if it would open for me.

That's so weird. FF never asked me anything. Just took me right in & I looked up parts for a MF12, and our big MF2745. Exploded view & all worked fine. Used to I had to use IE. But this new computer may have something to do with it possibly?????
