Well, the color seems to be right for the early Bolens.

I'm guessing that if it WAS for a Bolens it would be for somethingthat was in the Pre Tube Frame era. Rideamatic, Versamatic, or maybe one of the walk behinds.

Pretty sure that's an older Sears or David Bradley that is missing the toplink piece.

Here is my Bradley, note the cross brace on the 3 point arms.

That is what I was thinking, the 3 point pins measure 12" across. He wanted $35 for it, but I wasn't sure what it fit.
