I'm just sitting here, chowing down, on a bowl of "Day Ahead Salad"
What's your favorite?
Ceaser? Greek? ....................

My favorite is just a traditional garden salad with lettuce, tomatoe ,cucumber, onions and any thing else we can find. Our favorite dressing would be ranch, but we do some time choose other dressings. Now I have to ask you Will, what is a "Day Ahead Salad" ?

Well, I'll have to get the list of parts from the wife, but I can tell you it's good.
She usually makes it yesterday.

Romaine (sub: spinach or Swiss chard) base with onions, celery, etc. Then a layer of french fries, a little provolone, topped with cubed, grilled chicken breast (I like mine grilled plain with black pepper rub) and "franch" (1/2 and 1/2 French and ranch)

If I have time, I will sautee some mushrooms and toss them in, just to make it less healthy.
More of a meal than a salad, but its good.

I like a garden type with celery, black olives, onions, mushrooms and some type of sharp or strong cheese. Topped off with Good Seasons Italian dressing.

Well, I tried to get the parts list from her, and she said, "It's just a seven layer salad"
Just like Kris likes. That day ahead part, IDK why.

I almost forgot my favorite, favorite because I think of it as dessert more than a salad.

Waldorf salad (hold the nuts).
