Started the day by picking 2 5-gallon buckets full of collard greens. Then, cooked them down and canned them. Made 9+ quarts (7 canned, 2 in jars to eat soon, the "+" was eaten with supper tonight).

Then, this evening, I dug up 5 rows of potatoes. Wasn't a bad crop, considering I didn't get to prep the soil like I probably should have. We'll eat a few (had some slices grilled with some other veggies for supper!!) and can the rest.

I think I'll take a shower tonight whether I need it or not!!!
