Hello guys! Locally this has been offered to me for sale. Has I believe a 48" plow, starts right up and hydrolics hold. Has I believe the S-14 Wisconsin engine in it.

It's being offered to me at $500. What is it worth? Thank you all very much!

I'm not much of a Largeframe Bolens guy but I think $500 may be a bit too much for that tractor....

$500 does seem to be a bit high. The plow isnt original. The homemade cab may be helpful in the winter but not worth anything to a collector. The gas tank isnt original either. For a working tractor these things dont matter but if your a collector, bringing this tractor back to the way it should would cost you more money. Although those rear tires are nice.

I felt it was high, but locally on CL people have these Bolens for sale for $800 plus. I'm new to the bolens brand, but not wisconsin engines.

I will let him stew as I will go back and offer $300 and hope to settle on $350. I doubt he'll accept it though.

I did enjoy finally seeing one up close as I never have before. They look like fun tractors!

1250-01 or a early 1250-02

Looks like $200 to me.
Wrong back rimes.
No longer has the right gas tank.
Should be a S-12 not a S-14
  • Bolens 1000 said thank you
