It looks like a machine that was designed for a particular job. I wonder if it was an airport tractor or something. Anyone out there know anything about this?

Part tractor, part truck, and resembles somewhat of a road grader.

That is quite a cool machine to say the least. It looks as if it was designed to be a prime mover used for towing and hauling loads. If I had $2800 burning a hole in my wallet I would go pick it up. In the town I live in we have a little antique tractor museum that it would look sharp sitting in.

I want to say that they were designed and used as gang reel mowers on estates and golf courses. It seems like I have seen them with a big set of gang mower mounted between the axles. But, I could be mistaken..

That bed almost makes it look like a personal carrier, but not quite.

Looks a lot like the Jacobsen F10.

The Soaring Club I belong to has 2 F10s that we use to mow the runway.

Here's a link to a pic of an F10

And here's a pic of our airport.
