Just getting ready to send my kids off to the shop for some more small engine reassembly as I was describing how leaving out an oil slinger or dipper could result in an event nearly as catastrophic as the Titaniic when a student clearly pointed this out.

"If you watch "Titantic" backwards it's about a majestic iron ship that magically rises from the bottom of the ocean to save lives."

I found this very hilarious. So...I googled "if you watched a movie backwards" and ended up with all kinds of funny results.

One of my favorites. "If you watched "Rambo" backwards, it's about Sylvester Stallone healing people with his magical bullet vacuum."

Apparently, I've been out of the loop on this one as it is new to me (and quite entertaining).

Also google "if you watched x backwards, it about y"

Imagine the possibilities, They're remaking some of the movies from the past in 3D, this will be the next step. Remake them to play backwards and get a whole new experience.

It sounds pretty cool. There is always another viewpoint I guess.

Sounds like a rebirth and reinvention of the old Vinyl Record phenomena from my youth...

I once saw an interview with Ozzy Osbourne where the interviewer asked him about the "backwards masked messages" that were found in his music. His reply was: "I bloody well have a hard enough time writing songs forward, let alone backwards..."

I have to agree that this would bring a whole new meaning to most movies!
