That's a decision only you can make. Have you been able to mount and use either of them yet? How well they work would be my deciding factor.

Do you need the money or the room? if Not, keep them. They don't make these things anymore and you very well could regret it later.

I'd sell it at once, Ford decks are inherently 'weak' and will not last long. Unless you restore it, Replace rusted metal and check 'regrease' the spindles and POR15 the inside of the deck then paint it. If you're willing to put in that kind of work then keep it and keep it ready, so when your blades go dull or you dent the current deck you have one at the ready to put on and continue to mow with...if it is just gonna sit outside...sell...

I have to agree with NutCASE about selling if not kept up & inside. The Ford decks do seem to self destruct faster than most if not very well cared for. That also makes them EXTREMELY hard to come by, so the work might very well be worth it to maintain & keep it.

The LGT decks are hard to find around here...I sold a 42 a couple of years ago and still have a 50 here. I dont use my Fords to mow with either...tilling, plowing, grading......

I don't like to sell any GT parts just for the fact they are not being made anymore. You can never have enough spare parts. I had to build another shed for my parts over flow. I have enough stuff now so my grandson Landon will never need parts. OK maybe I'm a packrat. That must be the first step in the addiction. LOL
